DevOps Production Support

Profile: DevOps Support Engineer

Your role As a DevOps Support, you will work on maintaining important applications for leading Global financial services clients.

L2 Support Engineer and proactive individual with strong application support experience of 4+ years supporting DevOps tools. DevOps tools, Linux environment, distributed systems and troubleshooting system issues.

Required Skills:

• DevOps tool knowledge with Prometheus, Grafana, SSL load balancers (in addition to SQL & Unix knowledge) Shell Scripting.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent soft skills, Communication (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask in high paced environment.
• Problem solver and To Do attitude, ability to face technical challenges and drive solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer information systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 4 to 9 years of work experience on DevOps, Linux system platforms.
• Good Linux Scripting/Development skills - Java, Python (Any).

Roles and responsibilities :

Having knowledge of Incident and change management.

Having knowledge of request management.

Must have good hands-on load balancers.

Need Working Knowledge on SCM Tools like Git.

Good Practical Knowledge on Prometheus & Grafana

Must have Practical Knowledge of Scripting like Shell, Groovy.

Should have good hands-on MySQL & Unix.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Having worked in environment support 10000+ servers a plus.
• Multiple application support experience a plus.
• ITIL and ITSM experience is a plus.
• Global clients facing support team experience is a plus.
• Able to work within a Global team, prior experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with Financial Institution is a plus.
