Deskside Support Analyst (EUC)
Infosys is seeking a Deskside Support Analyst (EUC) who has experience in troubleshooting desktop/ laptop issues and Providing advance onsite IT support for end-user devices and infrastructure, including hands-on assistance in data center environments. Ensure high availability of IT services through proactive maintenance, incident resolution, and collaboration with global IT teams. Candidate is responsible for maintaining and monitoring end-user workstations and productivity. This position performs a variety of maintenance, software installations, and break-fix support tasks to ensure end-users are capable performing the tasks required to complete their work. Candidate will be working closely with various teams to provide input on new functionality and system performance, capacity management.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ash Flat, AR or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting EUC devices in IT Infrastructure function.
• Hands & Feet Support for Data Center (Physical Servers, Compute, application, Storage, Backup, Network devices.)

• Hands on experience on reboot, console connection for Remote Access, Cable/SFP Removal/Insert, Cable Replacement, Server mounting/movement, Racking/Stacking, etc.
• Experience on Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining desktop computers, Printers, peripheral equipment, and software within established standards and guidelines.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for IT assets, and support mobile phone and non-PC equipment such as scanners and printers.
• Provide executive support for clients/vendors to resolve technical issues and manage audio-visual, conferencing, and technologies
• Hands on experience with L1 level network troubleshooting and resolution for LAN Connectivity.
• Knowledge of Office 365 support, DHCP, DNS etc.
• Must have knowledge of typical desktop applications, (Outlook, MS Teams, Skype,
SharePoint, MS Office).
• Support recurring meetings, events, and after-hours activities as required.
• Strictly adhere to defined Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Documenting incidents, problems, and resolutions for future reference and for the knowledge base.
