Role Description:
Delivery Specialist (Order management)

Location: Melbourne / Sydney

Salary: AUD 90,243- 98,861 Annual Gross
Please Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes

Roles and Responsibilities:
Order Management & Delivery:

  • Plan and execute fulfillment and delivery projects for enterprise customers.
  • Oversee order validation, provisioning, and delivery processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery within agreed SLAs and cycle times.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:
  • Act as the primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle correspondence effectively.
  • Provide regular progress reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Risk & Process Management:
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support automation initiatives and process improvements.
  • Track KPIs such as delivery timelines, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Technical Expertise (Added Advantage):
  • Basic understanding of Routing/Switching and SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela & VMware Velocloud).
  • Knowledge of Cisco & Juniper products and LAN/WAN technologies.
  • Knowledge of IP/MPLS, Ethernet, and protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs).
  • Familiarity with IP services (IPv4/IPv6, VPN, QoS, SNMP) and wireless LAN technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 4 yrs of experience required in Order Fulfillment and Order Management
  • Strong understanding of telecom fulfillment and delivery processes.
  • Experience in enterprise customer projects within telecom domain.
  • Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow (preferred), Salesforce and reporting tools.
Certifications (Preferred):
  • ITIL v4
  • Prince 2 for project management.
  • CCNA for technical expertise.

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
