Infosys is seeking Data Science Platform Engineer This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
4+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or data engineering roles with exposure to machine learning.
Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with other languages like java, scripting.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
Good understanding of ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, TensorFlow Extended (TFX), SageMaker, or similar).
Understanding of data science workflows and ML model development pipelines.
Familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience deploying and supporting large-scale machine learning systems in production.
Familiarity with data lake/lakehouse architectures (e.g., Delta Lake, Iceberg).
Knowledge of feature stores and metadata management tools.
Contributions to open-source projects in the ML/DevOps community.
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
