Data Migration Consultant
Hybrid Position


Position Purpose
The Data Migration consultant will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient data migration to SAP SuccessFactors. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end migration process, ensuring data integrity. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams, requiring strong communication skills and a solid understanding of SuccessFactors data structures.
Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute data migration processes to SAP SuccessFactors (SSFF)
  • Understand data tables, fields, and oversee the cleansing, mapping, and transfer of data from legacy systems to SSFF.
  • Collaborate with the internal migration team to ensure accurate extraction and delivery of data to the team responsible.
  • Align closely with the integration team to maintain data consistency and integrity.
  • Review and provide feedback on migration plans, tools, and methodologies.
  • Document processes and ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Coordinate internal efforts and act as a liaison with key users for validation, planning, and execution of the data strategy.

  • Proven experience in data migration projects, ideally within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Functional knowledge of SuccessFactors (Employee Central and other modules)
  • Advanced English (C1), spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SAP Data Services, ETL Tools, advanced Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • SuccessFactors Certification will be a plus.
