Data Analyst - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling smarter, faster, and more strategic hiring decisions. You will work closely with TA leaders to optimize recruitment strategies, improve candidate experience, and drive operational excellence through data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mine, clean, and analyze recruitment data across platforms to uncover trends, gaps, and game-changing insights.
  • Design dashboards and visualizations that bring clarity to KPIs, recruiter performance, and hiring funnels.
  • Use advanced analytics to forecast hiring needs, optimize candidate experience, and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to provide insights that inform workforce planning and hiring strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and processes.
  • Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Basic Qualifications:
  • Master's degree with 0-1 years of relevant work experience
  • STEM Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Non-STEM Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
Key Requirements
  • Python Expertise - Advanced programming for data processing and analysis
  • SQL proficiency - Complex queries and data manipulation across sources
  • BI Tools mastery - Power BI or Tableau for interactive visualizations
  • Problem solving ability in fast paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Work location : Bridgewater, NJ. This is a in-person role and must be located within commuting distance of or willing to relocate; travel up to 20% may be required.
