As part of a large-scale global transformation, a world-leading FMCG company has partnered with Infosys to redesign and elevate its Global Business Services (GBS) to world-class standards. To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced and dynamicCredit Analyst to join the Greenfield GBS team in Bucharest. As the Credit Analyst, you act as the functional owner of specific credit management processes, bridging strategy and execution. You are responsible for ensuring process integrity, driving insights, and enabling consistent policy implementation across markets and service providers.
You will ensure that credit decisions are analytically robust, commercially balanced, and compliant, supporting sustainable business growth while minimizing financial exposure.
Working closely with country business teams and 3PSPs, you will bring together financial analysis, market insights, and risk frameworks to recommend credit limits and terms, monitor exposure, and proactively identify risk.
This role acts as a critical link between business growth and financial control, ensuring that credit risk is managed effectively without compromising customer relationships or market competitiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own specific credit management processes (risk assessment, collections, disputes, etc.);
- Translate strategy into detailed operational processes and controls;
- Ensure policy adherence and process consistency across markets.
- Track KPIs, compliance metrics, and risk indicators;
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting for decision-making;
- Conduct root cause analysis of process inefficiencies.
- Provide guidance to Credit Support teams and 3PSPs;
- Ensure accurate and consistent execution of credit processes;
- Support issue resolution and escalations with structured analysis.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities;
- Support policy updates and process enhancements;
- Drive standardization and best practice adoption.
- Monitor exposure vs. limits and identify early warning signals;
- Initiate mitigation actions for high-risk accounts.
Experiences & Qualifications
- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields;
- 10+ years in Credit Risk / O2C / Finance;
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, SAP-FSCM, credit frameworks, and financial analytics;
- Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environment is highly preferred;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical IT requirements and business-facing customer service needs.
