Contract Lifecycle Coordinator (Excel MUST-Have)
Are you an Excel enthusiast with a flair for administration? If you're a spreadsheet-savvy problem solver who loves turning messy data into clean, accurate insights - this role is for you.
We're looking for a Contract Lifecycle Coordinator to help drive accuracy, compliance, and on-time renewals across the full contract lifecycle. You'll be the person who keeps contract data sharp, renewal schedules on track, and reporting reliable - ensuring our teams can service clients smoothly and confidently.
What you'll be doing (your impact)
You'll support the Contracts Management Lifecycle by:
- Owning contract data accuracy: capturing, processing, and maintaining customer & service contract information in line with agreed entitlements and contracting agreements.
- Keeping serviceability records current: locations, equipment, movements, updates, additions, decommissioning, and ensuring revenue/cost release isn't disrupted.
- Driving renewal readiness: tracking renewal dates, completing renewal tasks in systems, updating sales order/invoice details, and flagging risks early.
- Vendor renewals & back-to-back contracts: requesting/building vendor quotes using vendor platforms, supporting complex renewals, and tracking associated costs.
- Reporting & insights: producing renewal schedules, contract lists, ACV/MRR reporting, and data validation to support planning and commission accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills (MUST) - you're comfortable working with large datasets, reconciling data, building reports, and using advanced functions. (Bonus points if you're a "VLOOKUP virtuoso".)
- Grade 12 / NSC (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong admin skills with a love for structure, accuracy, and process
- SAP experience
- Cisco product knowledge
- Experience in contract management / renewals / service environment (1+ years advantageous)
- Detail-obsessed (in a good way )
- Calm under pressure with strong time management
- A multitasker who keeps priorities clear
- Adaptable, solution-focused, and a quick learner
- Confident to engage stakeholders and handle conflict constructively
