Role About:
We are seeking an experienced Content Designer to support a financial services client through a rebranding initiative and the creation of a structured, scalable content ecosystem. This role focuses on designing user-centred content experiences that balance clarity, compliance, and brand expression across digital channels.

- Design clear, user-centred content experiences across financial services journeys (e.g. onboarding, education, product discovery, servicing)

- Define and apply content structures, content models, and information architecture in collaboration with UX and design teams
- Partner closely with Chinese and English copywriters, translators, and sentiment analysts to ensure content works cohesively across languages
- Translate complex financial concepts and regulatory requirements into intuitive, accessible content experiences
- Create content flows, wireframes, and prototypes that demonstrate how content supports user needs and business goals
- Establish and maintain content patterns, guidelines, and standards aligned with brand tone, voice, and compliance expectations
- Review and refine existing content to improve clarity, consistency, and usability
- Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, and stakeholder teams throughout the design process
- Support structured content delivery within CMS and large-scale content libraries
- Ensure content consistency across platforms, channels, and touchpoints
- 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, or related disciplines, preferably within financial services or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, content design methodologies, and information architecture
- Experience designing content for complex products, services, or systems
- Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and risk-sensitive content environments
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with designers, copywriters, analysts, and cross-functional teams
- Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese (Traditional and/or Simplified) is a strong advantage
- Ability to present content decisions clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating content design thinking, problem-solving, and impact on user experience
