The Power Platform Architect is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role involves leading architecture, data design, integrations, governance, ALM practices, and technical delivery while partnering with business and IT teams to drive digital transformation. The architect ensures adherence to best practices, performance standards, and organizational governance frameworks
Skills & Experience Required

  • Integration experience, Logic Apps, Azure Integration Service and Function Apps.
  • A strong background in Microsoft technology; experience in building scalable, resilient, and secured applications using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, GIT
  • Good experience in Azure DevOps
  • Excellent in debugging the existing issues
  • Workshop facilitation, storyboarding and prototyping.
  • Experience in business analysis activities advantageous.
  • Experienced with Agile delivery methodologies advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Current Microsoft certifications in Power Platform is advantageous.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), ideally using Azure DevOps / Power platform Pipelines.
  • Experience developing Custom Connectors for Power Automate
  • Familiarity and understanding of Power Platform licensing structure, plans and the costs associated
  • Business level proficiency in Japanese and English
Mandatory Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience overall IT experience and having min of 6+ years of experience in implementing Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Preferred Japanese Native/Advanced Japanese
  • A strong background in Microsoft technology; experience in building scalable, resilient, and secured applications using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Deep knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop), Dataverse, and Power Pages.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform ALM, solution layering, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Experience with Azure integration services-Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault.
  • Hands-on with REST APIs, OAuth, Entra ID (AAD) authentication, and connector development.
  • Familiarity with Power BI dataflows, integration with Dataverse, and embedded analytics.
  • Knowledge of plugin development, JavaScript, PCF controls (preferred but optional).
  • Good experience in Customization, Configuration across modules.
  • Excellent debugging capabilities and communication skills.
  • Experience in workshop facilitation, storyboarding and prototyping.
  • Experience in business analysis activities.
  • Experienced with Agile delivery methodologies.

  • Copilot Studio
