Client Partner - Manufacturing - AI

Infosys is seeking a Manager of Client Services. The Manager-Client Services (MCS) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The MCS works together with their manager (Senior MCS/Group MCS) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually, the MCS handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of $30MM to $40MM.

Role Description:
• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $30-40M, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.

AI strategy & evangelism:

  • Proven ability to articulate value of AI in business terms to business and technical audience of manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of AI trends, technologies and use cases e.g. predictive maintenance, quality inspection, supply chain optimization etc
  • Experience designing or supporting AI go to market strategies targeted at manufacturing sector
Client engagement and opportunity development
  • Skilled at orchestrating cross functional teams to shape, position and close AI opportunities
  • Lead the opportunity development process from the front including leading client traction, developing and guiding development of sales collateral, managing proposals & orals
  • Experience in conducing AI-focused discovery sessions and innovation workshops with senior client stakeholders
  • Strong storytelling and pitching ability to present AI solutions and services to CXOs
  • Ability to translate client pain points into compelling AI use cases and proposals leveraging Infosys solutions and capabilities
Consulting project delivery:
  • Hands-on experience as a lead or a team member delivering AI consulting projects including scope like AI strategy, opportunity assessment and roadmap development
  • Familiarity with AI/ML solution lifecycle from use case identification to prototyping, deployment and scaling
Industry knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing industry processes, KPIs and pain points
  • Exposure to or experience with AI use case domains like computer vision, NLP, time-series analysis or industrial IO analytics
Collaboration & influence
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal sales, domain and technical teams
  • Ability to coach and mentor account teams and clients on AI concepts and adoption strategies
  • Comfortable navigating matrixed environments and influencing in situations without direct authority

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 11+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry/vertical
• Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below location will be $128000 to $250000
