CCM (Quadient) Consultant
Infosys is seeking CCM (Quadient) Consultant. As a Consultant or a CCM Developer, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions within an enterprise environment. This role involves integrating various enterprise applications, Quadient Scaler, Interactive services, to streamline communication processes and enhance customer engagement. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT/ Bluebell, PA / Phoenix, AZ OR be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
Preferred:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Quadient Product suite. Should have experience on end-to-end integration with enterprise applications utilizing Quadient Scaler, Interactive capabilities
- Strong understanding of Quadient concepts and development
- Strong hands on experience on all Quadient modules - Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Interactive
- Should be well versed with Rationalization concepts, Migration of templates from Legacy to Quadient and Admin work like setting up of Users and approval workflows.
- Hands on experience in creating Scripts / Functions, Data Transformations, Data Mapping and Output Configurations for post processing
- Sound knowledge in generating Interactive communications and setting workflows
- Experience on Splunk, RTC, JIRA, Azure would be desirable
- Experience on Greenfield implementations, other CCM products would be desirable
- Design and implement CCM strategies that align with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Lead the integration of enterprise applications such as upstream Assured care/Medcompass Systems, Integration layer, Quadient Scaler, archival and Mail house services.
- Collaborate with all integrated applications for end-to-end solution designing. Work with client enterprise solution architect for end-to-end solution architecture.
- Provide expert advice on the use of integration technology, data architecture, and system architecture, including best practices for CCM.
- Oversee critical steps within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that impact enterprise-wide development and architecture standards.
- Manage internal resources and external team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate project status and architectural decisions to various levels of management.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Quadient solutions.
- Stay up to date on the latest Quadient features and best practices.
