Infosys is seeking a Senior Capital Markets Consultant leader in technology services and consulting. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

- Experience as a BA with back office knowledge and experience in capital markets.
- Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development and JIRA.
- Experience in product lifecycle management and software development

- 8 years of hands-on experience as a BA with back-office knowledge and experience in capital markets.
- Experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc.
- Ability to analyze and draw succinct conclusions to present findings.
- Work with back-office teams, including operations, settlements, and accounting, to gather detailed requirements.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams that accurately capture the back office's needs.
- Identify gaps between current systems/processes and desired outcomes, recommending solutions to bridge these gaps.
- Map out existing back office processes, such as trade settlement, reconciliation, and reporting, to identify inefficiencies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce manual work, and mitigate operational risks.
- Strong Analytical and Communication skills along with Planning and Co-ordination skills.
- Stakeholder management and reporting.
- Project and talent management.
- Experience with project management and relevant tools.
