Capital Markets Business Analyst/Product Owner
Infosys is seeking a Capital Markets Product Owner/Business Analyst -In this role, you will provide business, domain, and analytical expertise and coordinate day-to-day deliverables for Capital Markets and Wealth Management initiatives within an Agile delivery environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, Scrum Masters, and technology teams to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and data-driven insights. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Irving, TX or be willing to relocate to this location. This position may require travel to project locations.

- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Strong domain expertise in Capital Markets and/or Wealth Management.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with Product Owners and development teams.
- Hands-on experience in writing - Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Strong experience using SQL for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation across financial datasets.
- Strong experience in Product management in Banking technology, Investment Banking or related roles
- Strong knowledge of banking platforms (Lending, Deal lifecycle, Due Diligence, Underwriting, Financial Crimes, Trade/transaction systems)
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments building applications or platforms having complex workflows, multiple personas and core functional modules (Regulatory reporting or Operations platforms will not suffice)
- Understanding of risk, controls, and regulatory requirements in financial services
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong analytical, problem - solving, and critical - thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non - technical stakeholders.
- Adept with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office applications.
- Experience working with wealth management platforms, OMS, PMS, CRM, or advisory tools, knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (SEC, FINRA, MiFID II, AML/KYC).
- Business Analysis or Agile certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe BA, CSM) are a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Front Office, Middle Office, and Operations
- Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills, experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
