Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead product strategy, requirements, prioritization, and delivery of digital/business solutions. The role will work closely with business, technology, architecture, operations, risk, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective product outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Business Analyst (BA)

• Experience in business analysis, requirements management, or project delivery, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements elicitation, process mapping, and change management principles.

• Credit card project experience, banking experience.

• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar) for requirements documentation and tracking.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.

• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are highly desirable.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced transformation environment.

• Experience in preparing business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and supporting UAT activities is highly preferred.

• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin, in reading, writing, and daily communication (Cantonese is a plus)
