Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst in Logistics Domain . In the assigned job role, you will interface with key stakeholders to Support requirement workshops, help define the problem statement, provide alternative solutions, create detailed design documentation, implement deployment plan, and support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines and policies of Infosys.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
• Experience in logistic planning and operations domain
• Experience in Agile or Scrum

Preferred Skills:

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, develop user journey maps and define acceptance criteria
  • Conduct show & tell session to present the product solution to business users.
  • Support the deliverables of the Technical Consultants by providing business and functional guidance, review, testing, and validation of scripted solutions (reports, plugins, and interfaces)
  • Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
  • Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
  • Prioritization and alignment of projects with strategic business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with project stakeholders
  • Sequencing, prioritization and Backlog management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
  • Problem-solving and analytical ability
  • Agile or Scrum Master certification is preferred
  • Proficiency with PM software (Jira, ADO, MS Project).
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Teams, Zoom.
  • Experience in Data analysis and reporting.
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
