Title: BOS Coach / Operational Excellence PMO
Purpose of the Role:
To implement, sustain, and continuously improve BOS (Business Operating System) practices across operational teams, ensuring alignment with Operational Excellence objectives. The role focuses on coaching, influencing, and embedding routines that drive performance, safety, and cultural adoption of standardized practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and sustainment of BOS routines (daily/weekly reviews, problem-solving, visual management).
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as DDD (Data-Driven Decision-making), MIP (Improvement Methodology), and VOC (Voice of Customer).
- Act as a change agent, providing coaching, training, and reinforcement to ensure adoption and sustainability of new practices and technologies.
- Translate complex operational data (KPIs, dashboards) into actionable insights and decisions.
- Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering commitment and alignment to Operational Excellence behaviors.
- Communicate effectively with technical, operational, and executive audiences, adapting messages to deliver clear value.

Required Skills and Experience:
- BOS Expertise: Minimum 4 years of experience in BOS implementation and Operational Excellence improvement
- Continuous Improvement Leadership: Strong knowledge of BOS system and ability to implement practices such as DDD, MIP, VOC.
- Cross-functional Leadership and Influence: Ability to guide teams without hierarchical authority, sustain BOS routines, and promote behaviors aligned with excellence.
- Executive Communication: Skilled at synthesizing complex information into clear, value-oriented messages tailored to different audiences.
- Change Management: Proven ability to facilitate adoption of new practices through coaching, training, and reinforcement.
- Analytical Thinking and Results Orientation: Ability to interpret dashboards and KPIs, solve root causes, and measure impact on continuity, satisfaction, and performance.
