Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Blue Prism Lead/Developer to spearhead our RPA initiatives. This role is critical across all phases of automation delivery and remains a core contributor throughout the engagement lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Blue Prism, own delivery standards, oversee design governance, and lead complex automation builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce Blue Prism delivery standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Provide design oversight and review automation solutions for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Lead the development of complex automation workflows, reusable components, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to translate requirements into robust automation solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous skill development.
• Own and manage the technical roadmap for Blue Prism implementations.
• Support deployment, testing, and post-production stabilization of automation solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5+ years in RPA development using Blue Prism.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end Blue Prism implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture, Control Room, Object Studio, and Process Studio.
• Experience with design patterns, exception handling, and reusable object development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines for RPA.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Blue Prism Developer and/or Architect certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom, media, or technology domains.
• Exposure to cloud-hosted RPA environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of complementary automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
