Automation Test Lead

Infosys is seeking an Automation Test Lead.

As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX/ Addison, TX/ Plano, TX/ Charlotte, NC/ Pennington, NJ or willing to relocate.
• 4+ years of Information Technology experience

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of software testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with API testing (functional and automation Tools like Rest Assured, SOATEST).
• At least 4+ years of automation experience using Selenium.
• Applied the Page Object Model (POM) to improve code reusability, test maintenance, and framework scalability.
• Created and maintained Data-Driven Automation frameworks, enabling parameterized execution and efficient test data management.
• Built robust exception handling mechanisms to improve test stability and reduce flaky failures.
• Implemented Cucumber BDD to enhance collaboration, improve readability, and support behavior-driven development.
• Proficient in writing Complex SQL queries.
• Strong experience in API testing.
• Experience working in Agile environments and performing test management activities.
• Good understanding of CI/CD concepts with respect to integration with automation tools.
• Familiarity with defect management tools such as ALM and Octane.
• Strong communication and soft skills.
• Domain experience in Consumer or Investment Banking.
• Exposure to emerging industry standard AI Tools/models (CoPilot, Gemini etc.)

For candidates based out of Pennington, NJ estimated annual compensation will be

$68,464 to $96,489
