Associate Manager - Client Services
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive / Account Lead to spearhead revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships, and drive end-to-end sales cycles across high-value accounts. This role requires strong business acumen, outstanding stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in consultative enterprise selling.
Role Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for lead generation, account penetration, opportunity management, proposal creation, pricing negotiations, and contracting. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to position the company as a trusted, strategic partner while ensuring revenue growth and long-term account development.
Areas of responsibility:
- Generate and qualify new business leads through events, partners, research, and client outreach.
- Own account planning: customer profiling, revenue/margin targets, and 18-month growth roadmaps.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders; lead meetings and opportunity creation.
- Drive full sales cycle: opportunity qualification → proposal development → pricing → negotiation → closure.
- Lead MSA and contracting discussions; ensure smooth project handover to delivery teams.
- Grow accounts through cross-sell/up-sell, strategic engagement, and long-term value positioning.
- Manage SOW sign-offs, invoicing, collections, and CRM accuracy.
- Collaborate with delivery, finance, legal, marketing, and partner teams to ensure client success.
