Job Description:
Position Summary: The Associate Lead HR supports the HR function by delivering people-related services, supporting managers, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, HR projects, and implementation of HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes
- Act as a point of contact for new hires and exiting employees
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Promote performance, productivity, and development
- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and initiatives
- Coordinate HR projects and surveys
- Support managers on HR topics and decision-making
- Handle employee relations topics including conflicts, disciplinary issues, and investigations
- Contribute to talent management and retention initiatives
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements
- Support organizational change initiatives and communication
- Handle HR documents including contracts and letters
- Maintain HR systems and employee records
- Perform HR administrative tasks
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years experience in HR or similar field
- First experience with German Labor Law
- Experience in working within a matrix environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Fluent in English and German
