ROLE: Associate Lead - HR
Status - 12 Months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement
NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role.
JOB DESCRIPTION: -
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviewing, and
- hiring.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support managers in resolving workplace issues and promoting a healthy work
- environment.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to monitor employee satisfaction.
- Review and ensure payroll is managed accurately and on time, in coordination with
- Finance/Payroll vendors.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits deductions.
- Review payroll records and handle employee payroll queries.
- Handle employee complaints and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
- Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate action.
- Document and resolve employee issues, escalating complex matters to HR leadership.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events.
- Gather feedback through surveys and focus groups to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture.
- Support employee recognition and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management
- Lead change management initiatives
- Support workforce planning and organizational development
- Serve as a consultant to managers on human resource-related issues
