Associate Director - Salesforce
Infosys is seeking an Associate Director for Salesforce Services who will be responsible for all client interfaces within a group of accounts across the Financial Services industry in the North America region. You will work with the wider market facing and delivery team to build the portfolio and account plans and deliver business growth and client management for the Salesforce ecosystem of services and solutions.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, develop go to market sales plays to drive revenue, margin, and practice growth, including net new account acquisition.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle-including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and deal closure. Proactively create opportunities, build and maintain a healthy pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual order booking and revenue targets.
- Market making - Leverage marketing led activities to drive brand differentiation and awareness both in existing clients as well as prospects
- Manage strategic client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, positioning Simplus as a preferred partner for digital and Salesforce-led transformation.
- Create and execute detailed account plans in collaboration with Salesforce and client teams, aligning on business priorities, identifying whitespace opportunities, and driving joint value realization through roadmap planning.
- Leverage industry and client insights to collaborate with solution leaders in designing tailored Salesforce offerings and go-to-market plays that address specific industry and account needs.
- Drive co-sell with Salesforce by partnering with AEs, RVPs, and PSMs to execute joint pursuits, and accelerate ACV growth across Financial Services accounts.

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- Significant business development and project management experience
- Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
