Role: - Associate Consultant/Senior Associate Consultant (Business Analyst - Appian knowledge)
Location: - Sydney
Status - 12 Months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement

JOB DESCRIPTION: -
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Appian expertise to support digital transformation initiatives for a leading banking client. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable Appian workflows and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyses, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Map current vs. target-state processes and define Appian-aligned solutions.
- Collaborate with Appian developers to ensure clarity of requirements and solution feasibility.
- Facilitate workshops, user story creation, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Support SIT/UAT activities, including test planning and defect triage.
- Ensure solutions align with banking standards, compliance, and risk frameworks.
- Strong exposure to Appian (process modelling, workflows, UI concepts).
- Ability to translate business problems into structured digital process solutions.
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics/ computer science, statistics or related discipline
- 5+ years' experience as Business Analyst within Finance / Banking industries.
