About the Role
We are seeking an Application Specialist / Senior Application Support professional to ensure the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications in an industrial and mining environment.
This role acts as a key bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, supporting mission-critical platforms while contributing to improvement and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high availability and operational continuity of assigned applications.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Act as the technical focal point for vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Support and manage application components such as servers, integrations, proxies, and monitoring tools.
  • Participate in application enhancement, development, and modernization initiatives.
  • Support on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments, including migration projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Service Owners, Business stakeholders, QA teams, and operational users.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvements in performance, stability, and security.

Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in mining, industrial, or large-scale operational environments.
  • Exposure to safety, risk prevention, or operational monitoring platforms.
  • Knowledge of Modular Mining systems, including:
    • Dispatch
    • Provision
    • FrontRunner
  • Familiarity with CASWEB or similar mining operational web platforms.
  • Proven experience in enterprise application support and operations.
