Application Production Support Engineer

Infosys is seeking to hire an Application Production Support Engineer for Production support experience with added knowledge on Java, Python, Pyspark and PL/SQL.

Required Skills:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate to Charlotte. NC. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience of AWS services (Step functions\ AWS Lambda\ S3\ IAM\ EC2\ Rest APIs \ Kafka and other AWS cloud services
• Knowledge of Python\ Pyspark.
• Hands on experience on any one of RDMS SQL technologies: SQL\PostgreSQL\Oracle.
• Knowledge of any ETL (Informatica, AWS Glue, Talend etc)tools.
• Knowledge on job scheduling platform like Control M / Autosys.
• CI\CD experience (GitHub and Jenkins) will be added benefit.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
