Angular Developer with Dot Net backend and AWS experience

Infosys is seeking an Angular Developer with Dot Net backend knowledge and AWS experience - This position's primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will assist in the technical design of large business systems; builds applications, interfaces between applications, understands data security, retention, and recovery. The role holder should be able to research on technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions & should contribute to technology-specific best practices & standards; contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including, reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability and scalability; contributes expertise on significant application components, program languages, databases, operating systems, etc., and guides/mentors the team during the build and test phases.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Fort Mill SC/ Austin, TX OR be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

  • Extensive hands-on expertise in Angular (components, services, state management, UI/UX integration).
  • Working experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework primarily for backend services integration.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with AWS cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 8+ years of experience in Angular-driven application development with proven UI architecture design skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering Angular + .NET solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience integrating Angular frontend with REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
  • At least 2+ years of AWS cloud experience (EKS, CloudWatch, SQS, Glue, Document DB preferred but not mandatory).
  • At least 4 years of working experience in Safe/Scrum Agile with extensive knowledge in Agile ceremonies
  • Good understanding of Microservices architecture from a frontend integration perspective.
  • Strong experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Thunder Client).
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server and/or AWS Aurora (PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy) involving frontend deployment pipelines.
  • Ability to build reusable UI components and frontend frameworks following enterprise architecture standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work on abstract UI/UX challenges.
  • Experience in Financial Services domain is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with abstract or undefined problems.
  • Build reusable frameworks and components as per the reference architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business, technical, and third-party teams.
  • Broad knowledge of web standards relating to APIs (OAuth, SSL, CORS, JWT, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience on the best practice on Micro services.
  • Ability to make technology decisions related to Microservices logging, exception handling
  • Understanding of ELK (Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana), Couchbase and Cassandra DB
  • Experience in Financial Services domain
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development and cross-functional team collaboration.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs
