Infosys is seeking BRIM AMS Service Delivery Manager

As a Senior Manager, you will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 10 years of experience with Information technology
  • Location for this position is Houston or Alanta, GA. This position may require travel to project / client locations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP AMS services across S/4HANA, Basis, and Security
  • Manage multi-location teams and coordinate offshore/onshore delivery models.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, productivity enhancements, and process optimization.
  • Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
  • Conduct regular governance meetings, including WSRs, QBRs, and client reviews.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support transition planning, knowledge transfer, and stabilization activities for new engagements.
  • Manage & Drive closure of Critical Incident Management calls (P1)
  • Lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning for AMS operations.
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data protection standards.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 11 + years of experience in SAP AMS delivery and service management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules including FI/CO, SD, MM, Basis, GRC.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, RPA/AI initiatives, and automation tools in AMS environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-vendor delivery models and large-scale AMS programs.
  • Strong client-facing skills and experience managing Dir / VP -level relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting WSRs, QBRs, burn reports, and dashboards.

Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • SAP Certified Application Associate (any module).
  • Agile/Scaled Agile certifications are a plus.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
