AI / LLM Agent Engineer

Your role:

We are building a new AI team focused on applying Large Language Models and agent frameworks to solve real operational challenges from automated architecture documentation to incident analysis. You will design, build, and maintain LLM-powered agents that interact with live systems, logs, and data sources.
Design and implement LLM-based agents for:

• Automated maintenance of application architecture diagrams;
• Platform dependency mapping and visualization;
• Data source analysis, schema design, and optimization;
• Log analysis, root-cause detection, and incident reporting;
• Build agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI;
• Integrate agents with enterprise tools (GitHub, Jira, Azure;
• Monitor, Kubernetes APIs, log aggregation systems).

• Python;
• experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar);
• experience with agent/orchestration framework (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar);
• Understanding of REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications;
• Git version control (GitHub);
• Experience with Kubernetes (kubectl, pod diagnostics, events);
• Familiarity with log aggregation platforms (ELK);
• Knowledge of database design (Mongo);
• Experience with CI/CD and GitHub Actions;
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns;
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or A2A protocols;
• Experience with prompt evaluation and LLM output quality metrics;
• Jira / Agile project tracking
