Infosys Public Services is seeking an AI Developer to join our team.
Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):
- Collaborate with Requirements and Test Automation teams to identify high-impact use cases for generative AI, machine learning, and automation.
- Train and mentor assigned resources on effective AI utilization, including: Using AI to develop technical requirements from business user stories, Integrating AI with the current test automation framework to create test scripts.
- Design and implement prototypes and pilot AI-enabled solutions for Requirements and Test Automation.
- Develop guidance, best practices, and toolkits to support teams in integrating AI into daily workflows.
- Propose AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and providing actionable recommendations.
- Document process changes using agreed standards, methods, and tools to maintain consistent, high-quality outputs.
- Design and implement automated solutions leveraging Visual Studio, Python, and generative AI.
- Integrate automation solutions with existing software systems and databases.
- Ensure all AI scripts and programs are fully executable on client's laptops.
- Train designated team members to execute and maintain AI scripts and programs.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation.
- Provide technical oversight and review work completed by other team members.
- Demonstrate professionalism, deliver quality service, and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years of specialized AI development experience in technology or software development using Visual Studio, Crew AI, Co-pilot etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing solutions using Visual Studio Code, Python, and other programming languages to harness generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience in Developing AI tool/program to create technical requirements by leveraging current and past business user stories.
- Experience in Integrating the existing test automation framework with AI solutions.
- A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.
