Requirements
- Knowledge of English and French at least C1 level - essential for client communication purposes
- min 2 years of F&A - AP experience
- University graduate
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC or S4 HANA is preferrable
- Expertise in MS office & Internet
- Good Knowledge of Accounts payable processes
- Fluency in language (French). Should be have ability to write/Read/Speak. Good Business awareness, Team work, Adaptability, time management
Responsibilities
- Perform day to day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (Master data management, invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment)

Act as SME for the AP process
- Handle vendor queries - payment and invoice status clarification.
- Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
- Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes
- Strong customer orientation
- Problem solving skills
