The Partner Account Director will be responsible for building and working with some of our largest GSI alliances in EMEA. You will be managing our partners, building joint offerings in order to create pipeline and drive new revenue.

By joining our agile Sales team, you will collaborate with industry-leading professionals who are passionate about pioneering Zero Trust Segmentation in a partner-first organization.

Your Impact: 

  • Be responsible for partner relationship, management, education and execution of Illumio programs within defined GSIs partners across EMEA. 
  • Build and implement technical and sales readiness plans. 
  • Exceed assigned quota by creating healthy pipeline of new and expansion partner opportunities. 
  • Evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities and initiatives within your partners in order to create compelling joint offerings.
  • Proactively lead the joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.   
  • Drive programs to ensure that partners and customers are well informed about upcoming events, campaigns, promotions and communications. 
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs to maintain high partner satisfaction ratings.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of working systems integrator and consulting ecosystems.
  • Cyber security and/ or network security experience.
  • A proven record of accomplishment in sales and partner management.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience of presenting and interacting at all levels.
  • A willingness to travel.
