We are in need of a Part-Time Temporary Junior Graphic Designer to work with the Enterprise Marketing team under the direction of the Marketing Director. This role requires strong attention to detail and an understanding design from a marketing perspective while upholding corporate brand standards. This is an entry-level position that will help support the Enterprise Marketing team in the conceptual, development, design and execution of creative projects and must apply creative design across multi-media (print, web, direct mail, email blasts, etc.).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provides support to the Enterprise Marketing team in the conceptual, development, design and execution of creative projects.
- Acts as a key brand steward ensuring the brand integrity and visual identity is consistently adhered to and executed across the organization.
- Produces all artwork working directly with the Multimedia Graphic Designer's specifications to achieve desired results and meet deadlines.
- Designs and executes print collateral, PowerPoint slides, tradeshow ads and displays, posters, email blasts, web banners and graphics, social media, etc.
- Possesses clean design aesthetics, innovative typography and layout and must have the confidence with design principles and problem solving.
- Works with all cross-functional departments and other lines of business on multiple graphics and presentations.
- Communicates effectively with outside vendors in the production of marketing related materials.
- Liaises with Marketing Director, Project Manager, and other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Graphic Arts education and minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Graphic Designer/Artist Role.
- Video editing and photography a plus.
- Must provide a portfolio.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient MAC/PC user; demonstrate experience in Adobe Creative Suite CS6 or higher (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong time management and organizational skills. Experience with Pardot or other email marketing automation platform preferred.
- Ability to apply principles of logic to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
COMPENSATION
The current hourly range for this position is $28.37 to $44.75. This range is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at ICW Group, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors unique to each candidate; including experience, education, and location of the role and considers employees performing substantially similar work.
