Introduction

IBM søger medarbejdere til at arbejde med Support for PC-hardware med fokus på at yde teknisk support til kunder.

Your role and responsibilities

• Yde teknisk support til kunder på PC-hardware og relaterede produkter.
• Hjælpe med løsning af IT-problemer og serviceydelser.
• Sætte kunden i centrum og sikre en god kundeoplevelse.
• Bidrage til vidensdeling og samarbejde i et dynamisk og agilt arbejdsmiljø.
• Deltage i uddannelse og løbende udvikling af kompetencer.
• Arbejde tæt sammen med teamet for at opnå fælles succes.
