Technical Architect (Public Cloud)

We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect - SAP Public Cloud is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex SAP-based public cloud solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of SAP landscapes, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high-quality, scalable architectures.
Your role and responsibilities
Architecture Design: Develop comprehensive SAP public cloud architecture blueprints that meet business requirements and leverage the full potential of cloud technologies.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior architects and developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of quality.
Solution Development: Contribute to the design and coding of custom solutions on SAP Cloud Platform, integrating with SAP ERP and other SAP modules as needed.
Performance Optimization: Ensure that cloud-based SAP systems operate efficiently, scalably, and securely, addressing performance bottlenecks and enhancing overall system resilience.
Vendor and Technology Management: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and vendor updates within the SAP public cloud ecosystem, making informed decisions on technology stacks and partnerships.
Security and Compliance: Architect and implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data in accordance with industry regulations and standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.

Required technical and professional expertise
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SAP Certified Application Associate) are highly desirable.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on SAP and public cloud technologies for at least 5 years.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform, SAP ERP, and its modules, with proven expertise in system integration and custom development.
Demonstrated track record in designing and deploying large-scale, complex SAP public cloud architectures.
Strong understanding of SAP landscapes, including ABAP, Fiori, and HANA, and their integration capabilities.
Expertise in cloud computing,
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills, with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Self-driven, with a passion for staying current with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience with specific SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or HR.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
