Your role and responsibilities
Are you passionate about building meaningful connections and driving innovative engagement strategies?
We're looking for a Talent Attraction Program Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen IBM's Alumni network and elevate our talent attraction efforts.
The Alumni Program is a key pillar in IBM's talent strategy, helping us stay connected with top professionals. In this role, you will:
- Grow and engage our alumni community through creative campaigns, events, offerings and digital initiatives.
- Create compelling content for social media and newsletters aligned with IBM's Talent Value Proposition (TVP).
- Analyze performance and co-create a data-driven strategy to take the Alumni Program to the next level.
- Own projects end-to-end, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful results.

Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Proven experience in project or program management.
- Independent, growth-minded, and creative with a strong sense of ownership.
- Data-driven approach and ability to translate insights into action.
- Highly collaborative, with excellent English communication skills.

- Background in Talent Acquisition and / or Marketing.
- Proven experience leading global projects.
