Your role and responsibilities
Job Description
We are looking for motivated students to join our Supply Chain team and support day-to-day operational activities. This role provides hands-on experience in supply chain operations, logistics, and coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
The student will also participate in project-based initiatives, including the development of ideas and solutions that leverage new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve supply chain processes.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Student, you will support the team in operational and project-based activities, including but not limited to:
- Assist with daily supply chain operational activities.
- Support logistics processes, including material flow and delivery coordination.
- Review and track materials, inventories, and basic documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up with external suppliers and service providers.
- Create and support projects that explore and apply new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), to improve supply chain efficiency and operations.
- Support data review, simple analysis, and basic reporting related to supply chain activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of supply chain operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within supply chain processes.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts (inventory, transportation, suppliers, operations).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with data using basic tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Interest in new technologies and innovation, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital solutions.
- Basic programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, SQL, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support both operational and project-based activities.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to continuous improvement.
- Intermediate - Advance English level (written and verbal).
