Your role and responsibilities
Le/la stagiaire sera mis(e) à contribution sur des projets UX/UI Design au sein d'une practice dédiée à l'expérience utilisateur au sein d'IBM Consutling.
C'est une réelle opportunité pour exercer et approfondir ses compétences en termes d'expérience utilisateur et de conception d'interfaces avec une approche user centirc.
Il/elle sera amené(e) à intervenir sur des projets clients pour renforcer les équipes sur
- la recherche utilisateur,
- la définition de parcours client omnicanaux,
- la préparation et facilitation d'ateliers de co-création
- ainsi que la conception d'expériences phygitales ou d'écrans depuis les croquis papiers jusqu'au rendu haute définition.
Les missions confiées permettront de développer sa capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients mais surtout à proposer des solutions concrètes et innovantes rapidement.
Il/elle aura la possibilité d'échanger avec les principales parties prenantes des projets, qu'il s'agisse des clients, du management, des développeurs ou architectes afin de créer l'expérience utilisateur la plus appropriée.
Il/elle sera toujours accompagné d'un(e) designer plus expérimenté(e) sur ses projets et grandira dans un environnement bienveillant afin de monter en compétences sur l'efficacité opérationnel au sein des projets de nos clients.

Required technical and professional expertise
Durée : 6 mois
Localisation : à Paris/RP
Début : dès début 2026
Étudiant(e) en dernière année d'école d'ingénieur ou de Master, avec un intérêt marqué pour le Design et l'expérience utilisateur.
Bilingue français/anglais (écrit et oral), (niveau B2/C1 minimum)
Compétences fonctionnelles :
• Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
• Intérêt pour la gestion de projets internationaux et multiculturels.
