Solutions Architect and Operations Manager

Introduction

• Solution Design and Architecture: Develop and architect end-to-end technical solutions for data platform, application modernization, and data orchestration systems for data analytics
• Quality Assurance and Incident Management Planning and Coordination: Confirm operations in alignment with solution designed expectations and solution up-time, engage with roadmap planning initiatives for data-driven backlog management, and high availability solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Roadmapping: Work closely with stakeholders and law enforcement officers to gather requirements, translate needs into technical specifications, and ensure solutions align with industry standards and security regulations aligned with this highly regulated mission while meeting existing and emerging requirements.

Your role and responsibilities

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions tailored to the unique needs of mission data applications and infrastructure for a high-availability mission critical system. This role involves collaborating with client stake holders, users, developers, and business analysts to create scalable, secure, and efficient systems that support forensic analysis, evidence management, and data-driven investigations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for advancing forensic science through technology.

Technical:

• Proficiency in full-stack software architecture design and development with experiences creating modular cloud-based solutions using micro services. Focused experience in one area is required with priority given to candidates with more experience areas: event driven architecture, service oriented architecture, test automation, data orchestration
• Experience with Soap, REST, Python, Java, Jira, and SQL
• Cloud Certifications (Azure and / or AWS)

Professional Skills

• Stakeholder Management
• Incident Management
• Quality Assurance Management
• Demonstrated experience supporting Large Scale program management as measured by 75mm+ total contract value and 50+ team members
• Experience in law and enforcement or other counter intelligence mission areas (i.e. DOS, Intel, or DHS) REQUIRED.
• This position will require a background investigation that requires U.S. citizenship.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Advanced Azure Cloud Certifications
• Master Degree in infromation technology diciplines
• Professional Certifications such as PMP, LSS, SAFe

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
