Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join our Offering and Growth team within the Enterprise Strategy Practice. This is a strategic, client-facing role designed for a senior professional who can operate with autonomy at C-suite level and lead complex transformation programs for large cross-industry organizations.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, supporting decision-making on enterprise strategy and operating model transformation
• Lead end-to-end redesign of corporate processes, including i.e. HR, Finance, and Procurement, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements
• Drive complex strategic operations such as spinoffs, cutovers, mergers, and acquisitions, from design through execution
• Provide program leadership across large, multi-stream transformation initiatives, managing complexity, dependencies, and senior client relationships
• Collaborate closely with Offering and Growth leadership to support business development and long-term client value creation
• Leverage AI and GenAI capabilities to enhance strategic analysis, process innovation, and transformation outcomes
• Serve as a trusted partner for clients, navigating the local regulatory landscape and governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in Delivery, Strategy, or Transformation leadership, ideally within consulting or complex enterprise environments
• Strong cross-industry background with deep expertise in corporate functions (HR, Finance, Procurement)
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-complexity programs and engaging effectively with C-level executives
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in strategic advisory roles
• Advanced knowledge and practical application of AI and GenAI in transformation and decision support
• Strong understanding of Italian Public Sector regulations and governance frameworks
• Italy-based and fluent in Italian and English
