Introduction
The SAP Complex Project Manager will lead the planning, delivery, and governance of large‑scale, cross‑functional SAP programs that involve multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and integration points. This role ensures that program objectives are met by driving alignment across business and technical teams, managing risks and dependencies, and providing strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Your role and responsibilities
In this role, the Complex Project Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of SAP solutions, ensuring that project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are consistently achieved. Responsibilities include coordinating diverse technical and functional teams, managing multi‑phase implementation roadmaps, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and organizational standards. The manager will proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage critical dependencies, and lead issue resolution across teams. This role also includes facilitating decision‑making with senior stakeholders, ensuring business readiness for deployment, and maintaining transparent, timely reporting on project health and status.

- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors in complex environments
- Ability to oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
- Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery approaches within SAP programs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
