Your role and responsibilities

Focus on end-to-end Tactical Buying RFx steps including 3-bid buy, negotiations, and contract redlining
Execute low-value sourcing activities (Tactical Buying)
Support Sourcing Professionals in creating global agreements with awarded suppliers (when needed)
Assist Sourcing Analysts and Sourcing Professionals on complex RFQ projects
Engage suppliers on NDA/CDA agreement completion and handover to Sourcing Analyst for agreement creation
Participate in client discussions on cost modeling and present cost structures to relevant business units
Lead Supplier Performance Management activities with suppliers and business stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Sourcing Professionals on project-related data and requirements
Assist in Supplier Scorecard development and provide category-specific guidance
Execute supplier financial health analysis and reporting for complex cases
Support middle and back-office procurement tasks as assigned based on complexity
Conduct market intelligence and supplier identification based on business requirements
Assess sourcing requirements and route work to Sourcing Analyst / Sourcing Professional based on complexity

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Fluent in English and Mandarin communication (spoken and written)
2-3 years of procurement experience
General knowledge of end-to-end sourcing activities
*Basic knowledge of ERP procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Oracle)
