Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA SCM SD, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring SAP HANA-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions for clients. Your expertise will enable clients to optimize their sales and distribution operations, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement SAP HANA-based SCM and SD solutions that meet clients' business requirements, leveraging your expertise in SAP HANA, SCM, and SD to drive business outcomes. • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement them using SAP HANA and SCM/SD tools, ensuring seamless integration and effective results. • Optimize Sales and Distribution Operations: Help clients optimize their sales and distribution operations, improving customer satisfaction and increasing revenue through effective solution design and implementation. • Deliver Client-Facing Solutions: Deliver high-quality, client-facing solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, driving business value and growth through effective solution implementation.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and 5+ years on S/4HANA SD module and strong understanding of order to cash processes.
- Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: Hands-on SAP deep expertise in SAP SD with a minimum of five end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Leadership & Project Management Skills: Project management skills, including developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and required quality standards.
- AI & Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence models, their use in SAP implementation and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles
- Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: Hands-on SAP deep expertise in SAP SD with a minimum of five end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with EDI integration using standard and custom APIs
- SAP Expert Level Process Knowledge: Holder of multiple SAP certifications and expert in multiple SAP modules and the ability to integrate them to provide end-to-end solutions, with strong experience with supply chain processes and workflows.
- Expert with SAP S/4HANA: Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments.
- AI & Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence models, their use in SAP implementation and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Knowledge of SAP Clean Core Methodology
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging and enhancements (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in international or multi-site implementations.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and virtual team environment.
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
