Your role and responsibilities

In dieser entscheidenden Rolle werden Sie die Umsatzsteigerung vorantreiben und die Signing-Ziele erreichen. Die Position erfordert strategisches Planen und Umsetzen von Go-to-Market-Strategien, bei denen Sie eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten, um erfolgreiche Deals zu abzuschließen.

Sie werden für die Vermarktung, die Leitung und die Implementierung von Angeboten mit tiefem Verständnis von SAP-Systemen verantwortlich sein. Ihre Projekte werden unsere Kunden dabei unterstützen Strategie, Prozesse, Technologien und Informationen zu integrieren, um Effektivität zu steigern, Kosten zu senken und die Gewinne unserer Kunden zu steigern.

1. Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Vertriebspläne zur Erreichung oder Überschreitung von Umsatz- und Signing-Zielen.
2. Deal Maker, der Verhandlungen leitet und große Deals mit Kunden abschließt.
3. Präsentation von Lösungen, Demonstration von Produkten und Vorbereitung von Angeboten für potenzielle Kunden.
4. Aufbau und Pflege starker, langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
5. Teamleitung für die Erstellung von Angeboten: Führung und Management eines hoch performanten Teams aus SAP-Beratern, um Arbeitsergebnisse pünktlich, im Budget und qualitativ hochwertig zu liefern.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

1. Fundierte Berufserfahrung in SAP S/4HANA Finance/ Controlling einschließlich entsprechender Zertifizierungen.
2. Umfangreiche Erfahrung in einer Vertriebsrolle, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Branche.
3. Nachweisbare Erfahrung bei der Erreichung oder Überschreitung von Vertriebszielen.
4. Herausragende Verhandlungs- und Deal-Abschlussfähigkeiten.
5. Tiefes Verständnis des Vertriebsprozesses, von der Lead-Identifizierung bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
6. Erfahrung bei der Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten, einschließlich Ressourcenzuweisung, Zeitplanmanagement und Budgetkontrolle.
7. Überlegene Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
8. Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Schrift und Sprache.
9. Bereitschaft, zusammen mit unseren Kunden vor Ort zu arbeiten.

Preferred technical and professional experience

1. Integrationswissen und Schnittstellenkenntnisse zu anderen SAP S/4HANA-Modulen.
2. Umfangreiches praktisches Wissen in den SAP-Migrationsszenarien und deren Auswirkungen.
3. Tiefe Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Computing-Plattformen: Dazu gehören IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure und GCP.
4. Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden.
