As a (Senior) Manager Enterprise Strategy (f/m/x), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and steering the value propositions that define our largest and most impactful client initiatives. You will architect and manage end-to-end value orchestration, ensuring that every program is designed, launched, and executed with clear, measurable business outcomes at its core.

Operating at a (senior) manager level, you will collaborate with executives, finance leaders, and delivery teams to define the economic, operational, and strategic impact of enterprise-wide transformations. You will help guide portfolio-level investment decisions, craft strategies for value realization, and drive the continuous measurement and optimization that turn bold ambitions into sustained results.

Primary roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive client initiatives by

• leading the development of compelling business cases for high‑priority AI and automation opportunities, shaping how clients invest in the future.

• defining the financial, operational, and strategic metrics that clearly articulate the impact of each initiative.

• partnering closely with finance, delivery teams, and business leaders to validate assumptions and ground decisions in reality.

• building value realization plans and actively tracking benefits throughout delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization.

• presenting investment recommendations and business cases to executive governance boards with clarity and confidence.

• maintaining a portfolio‑wide view of value creation, anticipating risks and surfacing new opportunities for impact.

• ensuring every initiative aligns with governance standards, strategic priorities, and compliance expectations.

• mentoring and up-skilling team members in value modeling and benefit‑realization best practices, raising the bar for the whole organization.

• Support business development with understanding client situation and key challenges, shaping value propositions tailored to specific client context and objectives

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Proven experience leading strategy and business case development for large-scale technology or transformation programs.

• Experience in consulting or in a similar strategic role within an organization

• Strong financial modelling, ROI analysis, and benefit tracking skills.

• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and investment decision boards.

• Excellent ability to translate complex business and technical inputs into clear value propositions.

• Experienced in digital product engineering

• Proven ability to define and manage portfolio-level value strategies, balancing strategic priorities, risk, and return on investment

• AI transformation expertise

• Experience in leading teams.

• Fluency in English and German.

• Swiss/EU passport or valid permit required.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Consumer Goods industry knowledge and/or experience.

• MBA or equivalent advanced business/finance qualification.
