SAP SuccessFactors Compensation BA/Design Lead

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for leading remote design workshops with the countries, including requirements verification sessions and Fit-to-Standard sessions, ensuring alignment with business needs. They should have strong hands-on expertise as appropriate in SuccessFactors Compensation and be able to write user stories. Key responsibilities include: • Design & workshops: Lead and facilitate verification sessions and fit-to-standard workshops, ensuring business and technical alignment to the global template. Provide inputs to the Organisation and People Readiness (O&PR) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) teams on the requirements for System procedure, work instructions and training materials. • Testing & triaging: Perform in-sprint testing, functional triaging, and support defect resolution during all testing phases. • Integration mapping: Work on functional requirements mapping for integrations, including SuccessFactors (SF) to GlobalView and other integrations handling employee and organizational data. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with data teams, process owners, and cross-functional workstreams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions. Required Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation, OT xECM or SNOW HRSD and also with transformation experience. • Expertise in agile methodologies, including writing user stories and participating in sprint-based delivery. • Experience with integration design and mapping between external systems. • Ability to work across multiple teams and drive end-to-end process alignment. • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in functional triaging during testing.
