SAP S/4 HANA BUSINESS ANALYST - SD

Introduction

• We are looking for a SAP Business Analyst with solid experience in SAP S/4HANA, focused on Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Foreign Trade, and Finance modules.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and configuration skills, excellent understanding of manufacturing business processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and document business requirements through discovery sessions with customers.
• Present proposals, provide estimates, and manage agreements or negotiations when working with cross-functional teams.
• Perform SAP configuration and identify appropriate system solutions.
• Create functional specifications for custom developments or enhancements (BTP, interfaces, user exits, Fiori).
• Conduct unit, system, and integration testing.
• Prepare documentation, deliver training, and ensure successful go-live and post-production support.
• Work using Agile methodology, managing tasks and progress through the Jira tool.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of BTP, interfaces, user exits, and Fiori.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional behavior.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in dynamic environments.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
