We are looking for an experienced Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA Master Data Governance (MDG). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and customization of MDG solutions to ensure high-quality, consistent master data across our enterprise.
Your role and responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation of SAP HANA MDG packages for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants, including code reviews, design reviews, and training.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, configure, and customize SAP HANA MDG modules.
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
Conduct gap analysis between client's current systems and target SAP HANA MDG systems, and recommend solutions.
Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP HANA technology and SAP MDG solutions.
Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.

Required technical and professional expertise
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree would be an asset.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in SAP HANA MDG.
Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, including its architecture, functionality, and best practices.
Proven experience in SAP MDG implementations.
Excellent understanding of master data management principles and processes.
Proficient in SAP ABAP and Fiori development.
Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Skilled in Data migration (Syniti, SNP, SAP Migration Cockpit), SAP MDG and BW/BDC.
Strong leadership in Data Governance alongside with tech skills is required
Preferred technical and professional experience
Certifications in MDG or BW/BDC is a plus.
