Your role and responsibilities
- Participate in the development of scalable Salesforce applications, with a focus on Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud functionalities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions aligned with energy industry needs.
- Implement service processes such as case management, work order management, scheduling, and mobile workforce enablement.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards relevant to the energy sector.
- Configure the platform, write Apex code, create Visual Force pages
- Handling various aspects of Salesforce development and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow and experience in integrating with enterprise applications.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Basic Understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Field Service Cloud
Familiarity with core Salesforce features and modules, especially Service Cloud or Field Service Cloud.
Foundational Experience with Development Tools
Exposure to Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and Salesforce Developer Experience (SFDX) for basic development tasks.
Strong Problem-Solving and Communication Skills
Ability to analyze simple issues and communicate effectively within a team environment.
Willingness to Learn and Collaborate
Eagerness to grow technical skills and contribute to team goals.
Introductory Knowledge of Development Environments and CRM Concepts
Basic experience with IDEs such as Eclipse or Visual Studio Code.
- General understanding of CRM principles and how they apply in Salesforce.
English C1
Preferred technical and professional experience
- DevOps (Git, GitHub, resolve Merge conflicts).
- Background in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
- Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, outage management, or mobile field operations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Proficient in using Data Loader Tool.
