Requirements Engineer IT Service - Public Sektor (m/w/d)

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Als Requirements Engineer IT Service - Public Sektor (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die strukturierte Aufnahme, Analyse und Dokumentation von Anforderungen an IT‑Services sowie für die Bewertung und Modellierung korrespondierender Architekturkonzepte. Du arbeitest im engen Austausch mit Kunden aus dem öffentlichen und sicherheitskritischen Bereich und stellst sicher, dass Service‑Management‑Lösungen fachlich korrekt, technisch tragfähig und regelkonform umgesetzt werden. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

• Durchführung von Requirements‑Engineering‑Prozessen für IT‑Services im Public/Defense‑Umfeld
• Analyse und Bewertung von Architekturkonzepten für IT‑Services
• IT‑Architekturmodellierung, inklusive Mapping von Service‑, Informationssystem‑ und Technologiearchitekturen
• Anwendung von Methoden der Lösungs‑ und Unternehmensarchitektur
• Mitgestaltung und Aufbau einer IT‑Service‑Management‑Plattform, idealerweise USU Service Management (USM)
• Moderation und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops zur Anforderungsanalyse
• Erstellung technischer und fachlicher Dokumentationen sowie Schnittstellenspezifikationen
• Zusammenarbeit mit IT‑Architekten, Service‑Verantwortlichen und Projektteams
• Unterstützung in Projekten zur Modernisierung von Service‑Management‑Prozessen

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bereitschaft zu Sicherheitsüberprüfung ist erforderlich
• Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse auf C1‑Niveau
• Erfahrung in IT‑Service‑Management‑Prozessen
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT‑Projekten
• Erfahrung im Public‑ und/oder Defense‑Sektor
• Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering
• ITIL‑Zertifizierung (mindestens ITIL V3 Foundation)
• Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Architekturkonzepten für IT‑Services
• Erfahrung in IT‑Architekturmodellierung (Service‑, Informationssystem‑, Technologieebene)
• Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Methoden der Lösungs‑ und Enterprise‑Architektur
• Erfahrung im Design und Aufbau einer IT‑Service‑Management‑Plattform, idealerweise USU Service Management (USM)
• Deutsch fließend (C1), Englisch gut (B2)

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Erfahrung in der Modellierung mit Sparx Enterprise Architect
• Kenntnisse in Geschäftsprozessmodellierung nach BPMN 2.0
• Erfahrung im Entwurf und in der Umsetzung von Schnittstellenspezifikationen auf Basis von OpenAPI
• Erfahrung in Skriptsprachen, idealerweise Python
• IREB CPRE Foundation Level Zertifizierung
